'We kept all we could'—Daniel Michael Clark
An ignited flare of natural gas erupts 200ft into some night, now long forgotten. At the foot of the image, the voiceprint of an anonymous woman (circa. 1946) whispered the words: ‘We kept all we could’. The sound of her voice—educed directly from this print—can be heard here.

I will be performing a live sound collage of analogue radio broadcasts occurring within vicinity of the RCA Degree Show in Battersea. Transmitted via modified radio and performer into layers of reel-to-reel delay and ultimately, disintegration. This will also be broadcast online at: buzzing.rca.ac.uk/broadcast

A recent voiceprint was featured in the 18th issue of Arc magazine, the accompanying text can be read here alongside the print and its educed audio.
